After months of electrifying performances across North America and Europe, the Afrobeats superstar Davido is set to take over Nigeria with his first-ever four-city stadium tour, tagged 5ive Alive: The Homecoming Tour.
According to Davido via his official Instagram page:
“I’m blessed to perform all around the world, and everywhere I go- Nigeria goes with me. But this time… I’m bringing it HOME. After an unforgettable North American tour, it’s only right we bring that energy back where it all began. 5IVE TOUR NIGERIA, y’all ready??!! This one’s for the culture. This one’s personal. This one’s for US.”
The tour celebrates his fifth studio album, 5ive, a project that redefined Afrobeats’ global reach with standout collaborations from Chris Brown, Becky G, Musa Keys, and Victoria Monét.
Since its release in April 2025, the album has spawned chart-topping singles like Awuke, Funds, and Be There Still, while pushing Davido’s signature sound into new sonic territories.
Now, the same energy that filled arenas in Toronto, New York, and London is coming to Uyo, Enugu, Yola, Ibadan, Abuja, and Lagos, starting October 18.
Each venue has been carefully chosen to represent the heartbeat of Nigerian music culture; from the coastal energy of Akwa Ibom to the cultural pride of Ibadan and the capital’s political pulse.
