Controversial social media influencer, Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, popularly known as Mandy Kiss, has cried out to Nigerians to stop the police from arresting her after she stirred outrage with her viral claim of planning to have sex with 100 men in a single day.
The backlash heightened after the Eselu of Iselu Kingdom in Yewa North Local Government Area of Ogun State, Oba Ebenezer Akinyemi, publicly called on the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, to order her arrest over what he described as a “morally damaging stunt.”
Reacting in a new video, Mandy Kiss quickly backtracked, saying her earlier comment was nothing but a joke to revive her dwindling career.
“Ah, I was just joking oooo. Arrest bawo? I can’t have sex with 100 men, I will die. I can’t even do it with three men at once without giving up the ghost”, she said.
The self-proclaimed “President of Olosho” explained that she only made the shocking statement to get people talking about her brand and attract endorsement deals.
According to her, she had been losing engagement online and needed a way to trend.
She further admitted she had no money to face any legal battle, adding that even her parents could not afford court case expenses.
“I don’t even have money in my account to handle any court case. I only said it to go viral because I need to run advert for brands”, Mandy added.
Her remarks sparked mixed reactions online.
One fan, @midey645, recalled, “Mandy once said: I’m just playing, I’m just kidding 😂.”
Another, @q_point_cash, advised her to repent, saying, “Go and give your life back to Christ 😂.”
Others mocked her voice and her association with controversial singer Portable. @rokwas teased, “Why ur voice kon resemble ur Portable boyfriend.”
Meanwhile, @obum_mic remarked, “You got the attention you needed.”
Whether Mandy’s plea will stop authorities from acting on the monarch’s call remains to be seen, but for now, she insists she was “only cruising.”
