Guinness World Records (GWR) has reacted to viral reports of media personality Mandy Kiss announcing plans to break an unusual record — sleeping with 100 men in 24 hours.

In a post circulating on social media, Mandy wrote:
“100 men for 24 hrs! I can and I will. Join me this October 30 to break a Guinness World Record, taking 100 guys in one day. Location: Ikorodu.”

Her bold declaration quickly set the internet ablaze, with fans weighing in heavily.

One user @_miss_dubem said: “I thought it was AI when I saw it in one of the blogs I decided to be sure😂.” Another user, @uzo_chi_168, asked: “The 100 guys don complete?”

Some found the idea laughable. @laassstttt wrote: “Imagine 😂 Guinness world record sef no gree for this kain rubbish 😂.”

Others, however, expressed disappointment. @braim_ddoc referenced chef Hilda Baci’s celebrated cooking marathon, saying:
“We have one of ours making the headlines and you want to bring it down with rubbish. E done reach time wey some of una suppose dey claim another country.”

Another user, @Dtrutu_movement, added: “Make oga Guinness book of record no get tempted to knack.”

Meanwhile, @godson_wtf asked curiously: “No be them go tell us what to do… I still wan know how I fit take register.”

With the controversy spreading, Guinness World Records itself has reportedly distanced the organization from Mandy’s claim, stressing that such a category does not exist in its record books.

They responded by stating clearly: “This is not a record we monitor.”

This further emphasized that only records that are “credible, safe, and measurable” are recognized; a reminder of why Hilda Baci’s celebrated cooking marathon was honoured globally while stunts like Mandy’s remain outside the realm of official recognition.
