Afrobeats Star Tiwa Savage has shared shocking details about a past relationship with a fellow celebrity, revealing how she was emotionally trapped for two years.
In a chat on the Joe Budden Podcast, Tiwa said she was often locked away in a room while her boyfriend partied with other women. “He didn’t want people to know we were together”, she explained.
She said sometimes she stayed in a room for up to 10 hours, hungry and unable to leave. “Imagine I’m in the room, he’s having a party, I’m hungry, it’s going on for like 10 hours, and I can’t come out because he doesn’t want people to know”, she said.
Tiwa also added that her ex, a popular entertainer, wouldn’t even leave food for her. These sad moments happened in Nigeria, New York, and Los Angeles.
