Omotola Jalade corrects fan over wrong name

Actress ,Omotola Jalade Ekeinde  got many talking when she recently corrected  a fan who referred to her by a wrong name on social media.

This comes just days after she opened up about her periodic breaks from the media.

The X (formerly Twitter) user, identified as Dami Adenuga, shared a video of Omotola on his page on Monday, referring to her as “Omotola Johnson.”

The video in question was an earlier clip where the actress explained why she occasionally steps away from Nollywood.

His post quickly caught Omotola’s attention, and she promptly corrected the fan.

The award-winning actress pointed out that simply using her first name would have sufficed, as it is already trademarked.

She responded: “Omotola Johnson? Lol… please, just call me OMOTOLA. That will suffice. It’s trademarked.”

This interaction follows Omotola’s recent comments about her recurrent absences from the Nigerian film industry.
