Kamaldeen Pedro Confident in ‘Chronicles of Lagos Bachelor’ Reception
Gifted filmmaker Kamaldeen Pedro is set to captivate audiences with his latest production, ‘Chronicles of Lagos Bachelor.’ Co-produced with actor and producer Olu Adebamowo, the film promises a compelling narrative filled with humor, drama, and relatable experiences of life in Lagos. It will be available on YouTube starting July 13th.
“Chronicles of Lagos Bachelor is a project I co-produced with my business partner, who is not only an actor but also an old-time friend,” said Pedro. “This film is particularly special because it combines our collective experiences and insights into a story that we believe the audience will find both relatable and entertaining. My business partner is the main producer on this one, and he can certainly provide more details. However, I can say with confidence that it is a fantastic story that delves into the life of a Lagos bachelor, filled with humor, drama, and the everyday challenges of living in a bustling city like Lagos. We have poured our hearts into this project, and we are excited for people to see and enjoy it.”
The movie features reality TV star Phyna, Olu Adebamowo, Daniel Abua, Olawale Keshinro, and others.
Pedro also reflected on his collaboration with Olu Adebamowo: “This marks my second joint production with Olu Adebamowo, and the experience has been incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Working with Olu is always a pleasure because we share a common vision and a strong work ethic. Our collaboration is built on mutual respect and understanding, which makes the production process seamless and stress-free. We complement each other’s strengths, and this synergy reflects in the quality of our work. Being able to co-produce and serve as an executive producer alongside Olu has been a rewarding experience, and I am looking forward to more successful projects together.”
