After being trolled, Young Jonn undergoes hair transplant

Nigerian producer-turned-musician John Saviours Udomboso, also known as Young Jonn, had hair transplant surgery after being trolled on social media.

The musician took to X on Wednesday to post pictures of himself getting ready for the procedure while dressed for the hospital.

He captioned the photo with the words “happy new hair.”

The change occurred after a troll made fun of his receding hairline by bringing up phrases like “hairline leaving midfield” in reference to Young Jonn.

His choice to have surgery also caused fans on X to react in a few different ways.

“He took kizz daniel lyrics “do not worry about me, worry about your hairline” seriously ????????,” a user wrote.

“Person tell you say “your hairline don reach midfield” you run go do surgery. This Young Jonn sef ????????,” another user wrote.

Young Jonn rebranded as an artiste and signed a deal with the record label Chocolate City in 2022.

He disclosed that he delved into music due to his previous desire to become a musician.

He has released hit singles including ‘Dada’, ‘Aquafina’, ‘Xtra Cool’, ‘Sharpally’, and ‘Go Hard’.

With strings of awards and honourary mentions, Young Jonn has established himself as one of the leading producers in the industry.

He snagged the Producer of Year award at the 2016 Headies.

In 2017, he also won the African Producer of the Year category at the Soundcity MVP Awards.
