Each celebrity brought their unique touch to the red carpet, showcasing the most extravagant and stylish interpretations of traditional attire.
The star-studded gathering was attended by prominent figures such as Tayo Faniran, Omowunmi Dada, Sola Sobowale, Charles Okafor, and the film’s creator, Mercy Aigbe Adeoti, all of whom play pivotal roles in the movie.

What Mercy Aigbe said about her husband, Adekaz
The woman of the night, Mercy Aigbe shocked many she went on her knees for her husband, Kazim Adeoti, aka Adekaz, before the movie was shown in the cinema hall.
She said: ”Before I allow you to see this movie I have to do this(she knelt for her husband and started crying).My husband has turned to a skit maker. This man did everything to promote the movie for me. You all saw it on social media.He didn’t even argue, He said he will do anything to support me”.
Nkechi Blessing’s lamentations over her N1.5 million naira outfit
Actress, Nkechi Blessing Sunday looked elegant in her chic traditional outfit. The curvy role interpreter subsequently stirred diverse reactions when she shared a video of herself being carried into a car, lamenting over the pains she felt wearing that dress.
In a video she shared on her instagram page, she said: “You people that wear corset are trying you see as I was bundled like a mannequin into the car I knelt inside the car like someone that just did BBL.I did not enjoy the party, I went to change because I couldn’t sit down. I cannot use 1.5million to make cloth that will kill me. Never in my life will I wear corset again”, she said.
The Bobrisky fight
Controversial Nigerian cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye a.k.a Bobrisky was captured at the event on the red carpet in a fight with a certain lady trying to make a video of him.The said lady according to Bobrisky was using her phone to block his view.
Narrating what led to the fight, Bobrisky said on Instagram:
“A certain lady wanted to put her phone inside my eyes. I don’t have shame.I can fight at anywhere at any party. Was I the only celebrity at that party? They wanted to put their phones into my eyes”.
