Kunle Afolayan begins filming next Netflix film

Filmmaker Kunle Afolayan has started work on his Netflix project, which stars Jimmy Jean Louis, Tina Mba, Bimbo Akintola, Muyiwa Ademola, Keppy Bassey, and Tina Mba.

On Thursday, November 9, the director of Citation uploaded a video to Instagram featuring the cast and crew at a movie set.

The entire crew, including the cast members Tina, Bimbo, Jimmy, Sharon, and others, is captured on camera.

Kunle first announced the project in an Instagram post on October 31.

Kunle said the upcoming project will serve “As the third instalment this year, following the captivating “IJOGBON” and the epic “ANIKULAPO SERIES: Rise of The Specter.”

“Our latest production is sure to leave you eagerly anticipating what’s to come.

“We’re keeping the details of this project under wraps for now, but rest assured, something extraordinary is in the making. The wheels are already in motion, and we can’t wait to unveil this mysterious yet promising endeavour,” the award-winning director added.

The rest of the cast includes Mama Rainbow, Olarotimi Fakunle and Bolaji Ogunmola.
