Empress Njamah pays tribute to Ada Ameh on one-year remembrance
Actress Empress Njamah has marked the one-year remembrance of her late friend and colleague Ada Ameh.
On Monday night, Empress shared a video of Ada getting a makeover while they sang and danced to Kizz Daniel’s “Buga” in an Instagram post reflecting on their final moment.
The 42-year-old admitted that if she had known that it would be their final moment together, she would have stayed back.
Empress talked about their wonderful time spent together while they were eating, laughing, and crying.
“Ada this was the last time I saw you. I came to stay with you for some days cause you were down again. We had an amazing time together, you ate well, and we laughed and cried together. If only you had told me you would leave me in a few hours I would have stayed back, but God knows best. FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS,” Empress wrote.
Ada Ameh died on July 17, 2022, two years after the death of her only daughter Ladi.
The movie star was buried in her hometown Ogobia in Otukpo, Benue State in August 2022.
Her colleagues, friends, family and relatives could not hold back tears as her body laid in a white casket.
Ada’s best friend Empress wept uncontrollably as the casket was lowered to the ground while others tried consoling her.
