Odumodublvck clarifies reports of chaos at LASU event
Rapper Odumodublvck, born Tochukwu Ojogwu, has denied accusations that suspected cultists beat him during a concert at Lagos State University (LASU) on Thursday.
According to reports, the event organised by dancer Poco Lee was disrupted, and some of the artists scheduled to perform were assaulted.
A viral video shows security guards guarding Bella Shmurda after he was allegedly attacked.
Another video shows ‘Declan Rice’ singer Odumodublvck running while supposedly being pursued.
In reaction, the rapper explained on Friday via Twitter: “Internet is a mad place. We no run from fight o. na too much hailings and pictures we dey run from. Abeg naso dem dey run from fight? with swag kai. internetttttt sweet o #OSAPALONDON.”
In another tweet, the singer wrote: “My manager say OD check on Poco Lee. I say no be Poco Lee go check on me?”
In 2022, Odumodublvck signed a record deal with Native Records where he released his first single ‘Picanto’ featuring ECko Miles and Zlatan Ibile.
