Kate Henshaw shares rare photo of self, daughter

On Monday, actress Kate Henshaw surprised social media users with rare photos of herself and her daughter Gabrielle.

Her and her daughter are pictured on Instagram wearing white shirts and an Afro hairstyle.

Kate, 51, stated in the post’s caption that she was proud of her daughter.

“So proud of you, dearie. May your light keep shining brighter and brighter,” the movie star said.

In three hours, the post had generated over 45,000 likes and more than 2,000 comments from her colleagues and fans.

Some of her colleagues who dropped comments include Nancy Isime, Funke Akindele, Patience Ozokwo, Anita Joseph, Uche Jombo, Jumoke Odetola, and Dakore Egbuson-Akande.

Kate rarely makes posts about her family on social media. Gabrielle’s social media account, if any, is not even known to the public.

Gabrielle was born from Kate’s marriage to Rod Nuttal. Their marriage ended in 2011. Nuttal and Kate got married in a white wedding ceremony in 1999.
