Yul Edochie, a veteran Nollywood actor, thanked millions of his fans for empathising with him during his son’s death.

Kambi, Yul’s 16-year-old son, died on March 30 after collapsing while playing at school.

Yul expressed his gratitude to those who visited and called him during the incident in a post on his official Facebook page on Thursday night.

He described his fans’ love and concern as “overwhelming.”

The actor wrote: “I thank you all for the condolence messages, condolence visits, calls, care, and prayers you all offered for my son and for my family.

“The love and concern have been overwhelming.

“I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you from the depths of my heart. May God bless you all abundantly. Thank you.”
