Actress Empress Njamah reveals her secret to being happy after ordeal with ex fiance

Empress Njamah, a Nollywood actress, has revealed her happiness secrets.

ER reports that Empress Njamah has been traumatised in recent months after losing her best friend, Ada Ameh, and being blackmailed by her ex-fiance, Josh Wade.

However, the actress has chosen to focus on the present rather than the past.

She is unconcerned about the future and has chosen to live fully in the present.

“If you want to be HAPPY do not dwell in the past. Do not worry about the future, focus on living fully in the PRESENT”.

Recall that early this year that Empress Njamah had relive the terrible ordeal she went through in the hands of her estranged fiance, Josh Wade.

In series of posts on her Instagram pages, the actress, who had gotten back her Instagram page, recounted the emotionally draining experience.

She revealed that putting his picture on social media, gave many victims the opportunity to speak out. Though, he is on the run, the police are toiling day and night to bring him to book.
