Banky W breaks silence after losing election to LP’s Thaddeus Attah
Olubankole Wellington aka Banky W, a popular singer and politician, has finally spoken out after losing the Eti Osa Federal House of Representatives election to Labour Party candidate Thaddeus Attah.
On February 25th, the musician ran as a candidate for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), but he was defeated.
A week after the election, Banky W posted a video of himself during a church service in which he expressed his heartbreak.
According to him, Sunday was supposed to be his thanksgiving service, and he had made plans to relocate to Abuja and begin looking for office space if he won.
Sadly, he lost the election; but he revealed that he’s story isn’t over as God has bigger plans for him.
