JJC Skillz, Funke Akindele’s ex-husband, breaks silence on purported secret marriage

JJC Skillz, a Nigerian music producer, has responded to reports that he secretly married a woman named Falilat Raji in Kano State.

ER previously reported that social media was abuzz last week over Funke Akindele’s former husband’s new marriage to an Ebira woman in Kano state.

This publication discovered that photos and videos of the couple together were not widely circulated due to JJC’s refusal to have any photos taken at the event.

However, a rare photo of the music producer and his alleged new wife later surfaced online, purportedly taken by JJC Skillz’s personal photographer.

JJC Skillz’s son, Benito, made fun of his father and his new wife in response to the reports.

He feels sorry for his father’s new wife, he says.

This comes nine months after JJC announced his divorce from his wife, actress Funke Akindele.

The duo call it quits with their union over what they described as ‘irreconcilable differences’.

In an interview with TheCable, JJC Skillz said marriage is a personal choice and he would not make it public if he decides to remarry.

He said: “If I decide to marry or choose which way I want to go, it will be a personal choice and I will not make it public”
