Yinka Ayefele celebrates 25 years of surviving accident

Yinka Ayefele, a Tungba gospel singer, has celebrated the 25th anniversary of surviving a car accident.

In the early hours of Monday, the father of triplets shared old photos of the damaged car on Instagram.

Yinka acknowledged that the incident marked a turning point in his life and thanked God for it.

He wrote: “Its exactly 25 years ago today..Just keep thanking God on my behalf…It Was on the 12th of December 1997. My Turing point..I shall forever be grateful to the owner of my destiny.”

Yinka Ayefele began his music career in 1997 after he was involved in the automobile accident.

The accident damaged his spinal cord and confined him to a wheelchair.

In a January 2019 interview, Yinka Ayefele had expressed his belief that he would walk again, describing himself as an optimist.

The singer’s wife gave birth to two boys and a girl in a hospital in Maryland, United States of America in 2019.
