Grammy award winning Burna Boy brags about being a world performer

Damini Ogulu, better known by his stage name Burna Boy, is an Afrofusion singer who boasts of having performed in almost every nation on earth.

The Grammy winner boasted on Tuesday in a Twitter post.

He said: “And by 2022 I’ve performed in almost every country in the world. Once I do The Asia, Australia and southAmerican tour. I will truly have done it all.”

Burna Boy beat out Wizkid, Davido, and Tiwa Savage to become the first African performer to sell out the State Farm Arena on July 31.

The singer completely sold out the 21,000-seat State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

Additionally, Burna Boy is the only artist from Africa to have sold out four arenas in the US. The 17 000-seat Hollywood Bowl, the 19 000-seat Toyota Center, the 21 000-seat Madison Square Garden, and the 21 000-seat State Farm Arena in Atlanta are a few examples.

During his concert tour for Burna Boy’s Space Drift, the 30-year-old also made history by becoming the first African to sell out Amsterdam, Netherlands’ Ziggi Dome.
