Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has reignited her long-running feud with Iyabo Ojo, launching a fierce verbal attack over the latter’s attendance at music executive Soso Soberekon’s lavish wedding with her daughter Priscilla.
In a video that has gone viral, Lizzy Anjorin accused Iyabo Ojo of only taking her daughter along because of financial struggles.
“Because you’re broke and poór, that’s why you had to travel to Soso’s party with your daughter. How many people at that party came with their children? All the big girls around you ran away because they know you’re a gistlover.”
Soso Soberekon and his bride Ebiere held their grand wedding celebrations in Warri, Delta State, around July 25, 2026. The star-studded event drew numerous celebrities and socialites, with Iyabo Ojo and Priscilla among those spotted making a stylish appearance at the reception.

Lizzy did not stop at the wedding criticism. She also labelled Iyabo a “pathological liar” after playing a video in which the The Memory of You producer complained that a Ghanaian station called North East TV had aired her newly released film without permission. Lizzy claimed she searched for the station on Google and found that the name only appeared recently. Suggesting the station was quickly set up to support Iyabo’s claims, she said:
“You’re a pathological liar, Iyabo Ojo.”
The two actresses have been locked in a bitter public rivalry for years, involving mutual accusations, social media shade, and even past legal battles. Their latest clash comes just hours after the high-profile wedding, which featured private jets, luxury cars, and a heavy celebrity turnout.
Fans and observers have taken sides online, with some calling Lizzy’s comments unnecessary and others supporting her right to speak her mind. Iyabo Ojo has yet to issue a direct public response to the newest round of attacks at the time of this report.
