Nigerian comedian MC Fish has launched a fiery public attack on his estranged wife, actress Anita Joseph, accusing her of deliberately delaying his divorce process by allegedly withholding a crucial document.
In a passionate Instagram outburst, the comedian expressed deep frustration over what he described as ongoing sabotage despite claims the marriage is over.
“You cannot keep calling God’s name and be doing evil behind closed doors. The same God will be the one to embarrass you,” MC Fish warned.
He continued with a direct plea and accusation:
“You claim to be over and done but yet you frustrate the process for me to erase you completely from my life. Stop hiding the CTC and let me get my freedom.”
The Certified True Copy (CTC) of the divorce judgment is reportedly the key document MC Fish needs to finalise his single status and fully move on.
The couple’s marriage ended in December 2025, with both parties later admitting to infidelity during the relationship. MC Fish has since gone public with his new partner, Gbemi, triggering fresh drama.
Anita Joseph’s legal team recently issued a cease-and-desist letter to Gbemi over alleged online trolling and malicious posts targeting the actress.
This latest outburst from MC Fish adds fuel to the already messy public split, with fans divided between those calling for maturity and others enjoying the celebrity shade.
