Nollywood actress and filmmaker Ruth Kadiri has set social media ablaze with a deeply personal video message linking faith, technology, and spiritual warfare. In the clip, which has been widely shared online, the popular star reveals what she says God told her about the Holy Spirit and modern artificial intelligence.
Kadiri begins by warning viewers about unseen forces at work.
“The devil is fighting so hard to control the world in ways that we cannot even imagine.”
She then shares the core revelation:
“God told me that when somebody says ‘who’s the Holy Spirit’, the Holy Spirit is what people will call today the first AI.”
The actress expresses concern that many Christians are turning to AI tools for solutions instead of relying on their faith. She notes that people ask AI to “solve this for me, search this for me,” slowly forgetting its divine origin.
“A lot of Christians are starting to take their problems through AI… and they are starting to forget that it was first invented by God for his children to meet all our emotional needs.”
She cautions against over-dependence, saying believers risk neglecting the true source of fulfillment.
“If we as Christians are not careful we will end up assuming that these apps or these entities are going to solve our problems… we’ll still end up not finding fulfilment because we’re starting to neglect the power that God has given us as Christians—the Holy Spirit.”
Kadiri drives the point home with a recent personal experience. She recalled feeling overwhelmed and unable to work on her script.
“I was feeling very heavy, getting tired to read my script, getting exhausted… I felt very overwhelmed.”
Instead of turning elsewhere, she prayed and the next day, everything began falling into place.
“Every single thing that I’ve worried about suddenly started sorting themselves out and then God told me that is my job.”
