Portable Demands ₦350m to Fight Carter Efe

Controversial singer Portable has reacted to a proposed celebrity boxing match with skit maker Carter Efe, dramatically increasing the financial demands attached to the fight.

The buzz began after music executive Soso Soberekon reportedly offered ₦50 million to Carter Efe during a recent visit to businessman E-Money’s residence.

According to Soberekon, the money would only be paid if Carter Efe agreed to step into the boxing ring with Portable.

Reacting to the offer, Portable dismissed the ₦50 million proposal, describing it as too small for his level.

The singer raised the stakes, demanding ₦50 million in cash plus a luxury car valued at ₦300 million, bringing his total asking price to ₦350 million before he would consider the fight.

In a fiery response shared online, Portable said:

“Soso, 50 million naira is too little. Give me 50 million naira plus a car worth ₦300 million totaling ₦350 million and I’ll beat Carter Efe mercilessly.”

Backing his confidence, Portable referenced his previous celebrity boxing encounters with Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington.

“I’m the same guy who beat Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington,” he added.

The statement has since sparked heated reactions online, with fans debating whether the proposed fight will eventually happen or remain another celebrity clash fueled by hype and social media banter.
